To request a wrong / damage product, simply contact us with your purchase details within two (2) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for product delivered.
In case of wrong product delivery, the refund shall be made only with the right product which is ordered. No cash refund or product change is allowed.
In case of damages in the transit, the product money shall not be refunded. Only in the case where there is no print in certain pages, the product shall be replaced with another one.
How do I return a ordered book ?
You can return a ordered book only if the book had been damaged on transit. Please send the book through Indian Postal Service or by any Courier service.
If the book is damaged on transit, we will send you a new copy as fast as possible with no questions asked. We ensure that every book delivered goes through without any damage in binding or pages before packing.

When and how can I cancel an order ?
